Our PREVENT-13 program offers the most affordable and effective maintenance plan in the industry. The program is a comprehensive 13-step service regimen, including a thorough cleaning of your printer's critical parts that removes the dust and debris responsible for most printer malfunctions. We thoroughly inspect your printer, restore or replace pads and rollers, and tighten or replace screws. We lubricate your machine with high temperature grease and, on older machines, we replace the ozone filter to ensure that you are protected from ozone's dangerous effects.

Rapid Response

We understand that your printer is critical to your office operations and that down time can be very expensive. When you call us for printer repairs, we'll dispatch a service technician to your site quickly, with all the tools necessary to fix the problem fast. Because our trucks are stocked with a large inventory of replacement parts, we can usually repair a printer on site within an hour. If we do have to bring your printer to our repair facility, we offer loaner printers at very affordable rates.
